Returns and Refunds

2. No returns or refunds will be accepted once an order has been processed or shipped.

4. In the rare event of a shipping error (e.g., incorrect items received), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a full unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening.
5. Upon verification, a replacement of the original order will be issued at no additional cost.
6. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptira LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services or any products procured from the Services.
