Shipping Protection Terms & Coverage
By purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms:
Whatās Covered: Lost packages in transit prior to delivery, damaged packages during shipping, and verified fulfillment errors, from the moment your order is shipped until delivery.
Whatās Not Covered:
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Delays due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside of Peptira LLC’s control
- Unclaimed/refused packages
- Packages marked delivered
- Stolen packages
- Orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs or regulatory authorities
- Claims submitted outside of the required reporting period
Claim Process: Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier’s delivery date, attempted delivery date, or scheduled delivery date, as applicable. For suspected lost packages, the customer must first notify Peptira LLC and initiate any carrier investigation, trace request, missing package search, or recovery process required by the carrier. Customers must allow a minimum recovery and investigation period of twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours before claim eligibility will be reviewed. Supporting documentation (photos, tracking information, carrier investigation documentation, unboxing videos, etc.) may be required. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.
Resolution: Approved claims may be reshipped or replaced at the sole discretion of Peptira LLC. Cash refunds, store credits, and alternative compensation are not guaranteed and are not required.
Final Determination: All coverage decisions, claim approvals, denials, and resolutions are made solely at the discretion of Peptira LLC.
By submitting a claim, you acknowledge these terms and agree that Peptira LLC’s decision regarding claim eligibility and resolution is final.
