Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12:00 (noon) MST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 (noon) MST, or on weekends and holidays, ship the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email. While Peptira LLC cannot control delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses, our team will support you in resolving any issues and work with the carrier on your behalf.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Your research matters to us, and we want to ensure your materials arrive safely. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

Once verified, we will reship your order at no additional cost. 
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong items or something is missing from your order:

Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified within 30 minutes of placement by contacting support@peptira.com immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
