Stolen Package

Hello,

We’re sorry to hear your package was stolen.

Unfortunately, once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns policies, Peptira LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from porches or other delivery locations.

While we understand how frustrating this situation can be, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.

We recommend the following next steps:

File a police report using your video evidence
If applicable, check with your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, as package theft is often covered
Contact the carrier directly to report the theft

We strongly encourage customers to use secure delivery options, such as being present for delivery, carrier hold services, signature-required delivery (when available), or delivery to a secure address to prevent these situations. Especially for higher value packages.
