Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Peptira LLC (“Peptira”) offers a recurring SMS/MMS messaging program that delivers order and shipping updates — order confirmations, shipping and delivery notices, and service messages about an order you placed — account alerts such as sign-in codes and account notices, and, only if you opt in, occasional research-inventory news such as restock alerts and new-batch announcements. The program is not a marketing-only program. Messages are sent from 833-808-8472 and may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency, Rates and Carriers

Message frequency varies: order and shipping updates are tied to the orders you place, and inventory news is occasional (no more than 8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt In

You join by checking the Text messages box on peptira.com/text-alerts, on the sign-in page, at checkout, in your account settings (Account › Account details) or on a sign-up form on peptira.com, or by texting START, JOIN or PEPTIRA to 833-808-8472. The box is unchecked until you tick it, and ticking it is optional. The box reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (restock alerts, new products, offers) from Peptira at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies (up to 8/mo). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See Mobile Terms and Privacy Policy.” We send a one-time confirmation message when you join. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to any message from us to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Text START to re-join. Transactional messages about an order you have already placed may still be sent as permitted by law.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in details (time, source and IP address) are stored to honor your preferences and to demonstrate consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing; they are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, solely for that purpose. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at peptira.com/policies/mobile-terms. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.
